Milwaukee MA830R Replaceable Temperature Probe for Milwaukee Portable pH/ORP/Temperature Meters

The Milwaukee MA830R probe measures temperature and provides automatic temperature compensation (ATC) readings when used with a pH electrode (sold separately). This is a replacement probe for the Milwaukee SM102 and MW102 meters (both sold separately). It is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, is 1/4" in diameter and 8" long, and has a 1m cable with a 7-pin Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN)-compliant connector for attaching to the meters. An electrode, also called a sensor or probe, is an instrument used with a meter to test and measure parameters of a substance. Ion selective electrodes (ISEs) respond selectively to ions in the presence of other ions. Electrodes are commonly used by researchers, manufacturers, and hobbyists in a wide variety of industries, such as aquaculture, agriculture, chemistry, food and beverage, wine-making and water-testing, and for scientific applications. An electrode can be used with a datalogger to assist in temperature measurement.
